Project |01 Ministry of Industry & Commerce - Kingdom Of Bahrain

The Ministry of Industry & Commerce at the behest of the US State Department was asked to bolster the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) between the two countries. Consequently, I was asked to design and execute a macro/micro level program to enhance trade and create awareness. Net result: MOU signed with the State of Massachusetts, 17 joint venture agreements enacted, millions of dollars of addtional trade revenue realized.

Project |02 The Diamond Standard Vodka - New York, NY & Siedlce, Poland

A private investment group wanted to start a vodka company to properly exploit the global demand for luxury distilled spirits. Net result: I was asked to form and manage a start-up, global company with a branded, high profile team and envisioned and created a gorgeous product. I oversaw the creation of a unique and patented diamond distillation process, yielding the most expensive, mass market limited edition vodka sold throughout the world.

Project |03 Jamaica Flour Mills (JFM) - Kingston, Jamaica

One of the largest conglomerates in the East Caribbean, JFM designed a diversification program to realize new revenue & market share. The Board of Directors devised a strategy for diversification and market entry into the US. Net result: I designed the plan and led a team that created the first premium, export-only exotic fruit in the history of Jamaica - from "seed to shelf." Launching case product simultaneously in three domestic & foreign markets, the program was so successful that the company was sold at 10x revenue to ADM.

Belvedere Estate Brand Book

I enlisted the services of O'Neal & Prelle, a mid-tier advertising/communications agency in Hartford, CT that had some experience in doing work for Caribbean clients and the foodstuffs industry. We created this Brand Book as our 'bible' and through its contents we devised the premium look and feel for the fruit, the packaging, the store produce shelf layout, the channel support for the trade and for retail, radio spots, advertisements, serving guides, recipe books, chef cooking trials, etc.
